In terms of gender distribution, the student body in Lancaster County comprised 51.1% girls, with boys representing the remaining 48.9%.
Data also showed that Black or African American students made up 50.4% of the student body, the largest percentage in Lancaster County schools, followed by white students with 38.2%, 2.5% Hispanic students and 1.2% Asian students.
Lancaster Middle School had the highest enrollment among Lancaster County’s two schools in the 2024-25 school year, welcoming 542 students.
