Coach Mox Radio Show Begins Jan. 9

The Virginia women’s basketball team has announced the schedule for the “Coach Mox Radio Show”, hosted by Luke Neer and Myron Ripley featuring live interviews with UVA head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton and student-athletes. The weekly program will air from 6-7 p.m. on 98.9-FM/1070-AM WINA, with the first installment set for Monday, January 9, 2023.

The show will be broadcast live from  BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located off Route 29, Seminole Trail at 3924 Lenox Ave. in Charlottesville. Fans are encouraged to come to attend in person and interact with the show. BJ’s full menu will be available which includes the world-famous Pizookie, the official dessert of UVA Athletics. Questions for the guests can be tweeted at @UVAWBBHoops.

The show, previously called “Inside Virginia Women’s Basketball,” last aired during the 2017-18 season.

The weekly ” Coach’s Corner with Tony Bennett” radio program with Virginia men’s head basketball coach Tony Bennett, hosted by the “Voice of the Cavaliers” John Freeman, follows from 7-8 p.m.
