- Roby & Stacy Hackney, 419 River Bluff Rd., White Stone, VA 22578 requests a variance from Article 5-3, & 5-6-4, R-1(Yard Regulations) of the Lancaster County Zoning Ordinance for Construction of a 2-Story detached garage, to be constructed within the 75’ Front Yard set-back, & 25’ set-back on the property located at 419 River Bluff Road (Tax Map #34-310).
- Larry Birney & Kimberly Richey, 469 Dillin Dr., Lancaster VA. 22503 requests a variance from Article 5-5-1, R-1 (Yard Regulation) of the Lancaster County Zoning Ordinance for the Construction of an addition to their current residence. The proposed addition will be an 8’by 30’ addition into the 25’ side-yard set-back. The property is located at 469 Dillin Dr. (Tax Map # 19B-1-108).

Instruction For Making Public Comment
Electronic Participation Meetings are conducted in a Zoom webinar format in which the board members and certain members of County staff ("panelists") may be visible on camera and will be able to speak, while the press corps and members of the general public ("attendees") will be placed in a "view-only/listen-only" participation mode.
When applicable (depending on the type of meeting being conducted), members of the public who wish to state their comments or questions must ask to be recognized by clicking the "Raise Hand" button near the bottom of the Zoom interface window. Telephone callers will be able to raise their hands by pressing *9 on their telephone keypad. Upon being unmuted, citizens should provide their name and district in which they reside and then state their question or comment.
Inappropriate or offensive comments or language will result in immediate dismissal from the meeting.
