Virginia Union University's Robert Osborne has been named second-team All-American, BoxToRow.com announced.
Osborne, a 6-5 junior forward from Richmond, Va., with a double major of History and Political Science and a 3.18 grade point average, led the Panthers in scoring with a scoring average of 12.7 points per game.
Osborne had also been named to the CIAA All-Tournament Team.
"I'm really happy for Robbie," said VUU Head Men's Basketball Coach Jay Butler. "He had a great year and we are excited about having him for one more year in the program. He's everything you look for in a student athlete."
