Join the CCE and URGOV on Monday, September 19 for an excursion to the Richmond City School Board meeting. On this excursion you will get a peak into local School Board policy, politics, and how citizens can use their voice.
A CCE shuttle will depart campus at 5:30 p.m. and take participants to Thomas Jefferson High School. Ahead of the School Board meeting, over a dinner of boxed meals, we will be joined by guest speaker SPCS Professor Wendell Roberts. After dinner we will head to the School Board meeting. The shuttle will return participants to campus by 8 p.m.
