PUBLIC NOTICE FOR NOVEMBER 8, 2022, GENERAL & SPECIAL ELECTIONS
In-person, early voting will be available at the office of the General Registrar:
105 COURT SQUARE, MONTROSS VA 22520
Please remember to bring proof of ID.
In person, early voting will be available at the following dates & times below. The office will be closed on October 10th, Columbus Day.
Beginning September 23rd through November 4th, 2022:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm & the last two Saturdays before Election Day.
The deadline to register to vote or make changes to your voter registration for this election: October 17th by 5:00pm or online at www.elections.virginia.gov until midnight.
The deadline to request a Vote by Mail Absentee ballot is October 28th by 5:00pm.
You may drop your Vote by Mail Absentee ballot in its proper return envelope at the office of the General Registrar. In addition, drop boxes will be available at your local voting precinct on Election Day ONLY during the normal voting hours of 6:00am-7:00pm.
