  • Albert Konvicka c/o Roger McKinley, Sr., 691 Millpoint Drive, Heathsville, VA 22473; requests permission to install 80 linear feet of rip rap revetment against an existing bulkhead with two 10 foot return walls (one against existing bulkhead and one through non- vegetated wetland) along the shoreline of Carter Creek.   • Lancaster County Board of Supervisors et Al. c/o Craig Palubinski, 9 Steamboat Landing, Kinsale, VA 22488; requests permission to install five armor stone breakwaters (180’, 240’, 220’, 90’, & 110’), two armor stone spurs (60’ & 50’), and 18,000 cubic yards of beach nourishment with 42,000 square feet of beach and dune vegetation plantings along the shoreline of the Rappahanock River. Located off VSH 695 (Windmill Point Road) at the end of Windmill Point Road. Tax Map #41-4-0, 40D-1-2 & 40-39. VMRC #22-2229.
The Wetlands Board meets on the second Thursday of each month in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room at the Lancaster County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia. The meetings begin at 9:30 AM.

Instructions for Making Public Comment

Electronic Participation Meetings are conducted in a Zoom webinar format in which the board members and certain members of County staff ("panelists") may be visible on camera and will be able to speak, while the press corps and members of the general public ("attendees") will be placed in a "view-only/listen-only" participation mode.

When applicable (depending on the type of meeting being conducted), members of the public who wish to state their comments or questions must ask to be recognized by clicking the "Raise Hand" button near the bottom of the Zoom interface window. Telephone callers will be able to raise their hands by pressing *9 on their telephone keypad. Upon being unmuted, citizens should provide their name and district in which they reside and then state their question or comment.

Inappropriate or offensive comments or language will result in immediate dismissal from the meeting.
