The Town of Kilmarnock will conduct town-wide “Trick or Treating” tonight! Have fun and be safe!
Per the Town’s ordinances, only children twelve (12) years of age and under are permitted to engage in trick-or-treating activities. However, this does not prohibit any parent or guardian from accompanying their children. All trick-or-treating activities are to be concluded by 9:00 p.m.
