Although COVID-19 is preventing us from gathering in-person for our Fall Oyster Roast, we’re giving you a way to take home favorite flavors from the “soup booth.” $13 per quart by pre-order only: Lancaster Stew (our variation on Brunswick Stew with chicken, tomato, corn, lima beans); Navy Bean & Ham Soup; Vegetarian Bean Soup (cannelini beans, onion, carrots, celery, tomato, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, roasted vegetable stock); Chicken Noodle Soup. Pre-orders required no later than Nov 1, but limited quantities may sell out sooner! Pickup Saturday November 13, 12:00-2:00 PM. Plus, we'll have assorted BAKE SALE goods available for extra cash purchase on-site. QUARTS FOR THE COMMUNITY: You can also DONATE the cost of a quart to support LVHS and feed our communities in need at the same time! Shipping is by US Postal Service. Be sure to provide an address that can receive USPS mail! Member Price valid for current Lancaster VA Historical Society Members only. Membership status will be verified before order is fulfilled. To join or renew, select a Membership option in the "Join and Give" section. Standard shipping rates $4 for first item plus $2 for second item and $1 for third and each additional item up to $14 max. Priority Mail shipping available at higher rates.
Returns
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE unless products are defective or an order is incorrect due to LVHS error. Buyer must obtain pre-approval for a return by contacting LVHS within 14 days after order is shipped. EVENT TICKETS: Refund/cancellation policies will vary for each event and will be stated in the product description. Please read carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
