There was one American Indian student enrolled in Northumberland County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Northumberland County Public Schools District welcomed 1,163 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.1% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.
