There were six American Indian students enrolled in Westmoreland County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 20% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Westmoreland County Public Schools District welcomed 1,579 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.4% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the school.
